Jackson Kelly's Candice Harlow Selected to Leadership West Virginia

Jackson Kelly Member Candice Harlow has been selected to be part of Leadership West Virginia's 2023 class. The class is made up of 58 leaders from across the state, the largest and most diverse class in the program’s 32 years.
Jackson Kelly has been well represented on LWV with several of the Firm's attorneys being selected in previous years.
Participants were chosen from more than 100 qualified applicants from across the state – the most in the program’s history.
The 2023 class will visit various communities in West Virginia to learn about issues affecting our state’s healthcare, education, tourism and energy industries. They’ll learn more about our economy and judicial system. They’ll have leadership and business etiquette training opportunities and can cultivate relationships in the class and among the program’s 1,500 alumni.
LWV is a statewide education and leadership development not-for-profit program in West Virginia. The seven-month program cultivates leaders from a variety of industries and regions across West Virginia aimed at enhancing their knowledge not only of the challenges facing the state, but also its unique attributes and diversity. Recognizing that leadership is of utmost importance to West Virginia’s prosperity and progress, this program is designed to develop and motivate a cross-section of visionary leaders who can and should use their talents and abilities to inspire others and foster a new spirit of energy, enthusiasm, and vitality throughout the state.
