Two Jackson Kelly Attorneys Selected to LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs

Jackson Kelly Attorneys Kelley M. Goes and Julie E. Merow have been selected to take part in the 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs, respectively.

Ms. Goes was selected to participate in the Fellows Program, while Ms. Merow was selected to participate in the Pathfinders Program.

The Pathfinders Program connects high-potential, early-career diverse attorneys from LCLD Member organizations for a seven–month professional development program focused on foundational leadership and relationship building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Previous Pathfinders include Firm Members Grace Hurney, Rebecca Krehbiel and Candice Harlow.

The Fellows Program connects high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations for a year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Previous Fellows include Firm Members Lindsay Petrosky, Jill Hall, Wendy Adkins, and Alaina Crislip.

- Kelley M. Goes is a Member in the Government, Manufacturing, and Public Finance industry groups, focusing primarily on economic development and government relations. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia.

- Julie E. Merow is an Associate practicing in the Business Law practice group, focusing primarily on municipal finance matters. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia.
