Cassee serves as counsel to a wide range of clients, including:

• Principals of closely held businesses, advising on business matters and the implementation of tax advantaged trusts to transfer wealth to future generations
• Title companies in both Indiana and Kentucky, providing guidance on real estate transactions and compliance matters
• Property management companies, assisting with the preparation and negotiation of residential and commercial leases and purchase agreements
• Accounting firms and financial advisors, offering counsel on tax strategies, business structure, and legal risk management
• Farmers and agricultural businesses, advising on entity formation, liability protection, and succession planning

Cassee earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Michigan State University School of Law. Prior to her time in law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, where she also played Division I softball for the Spartans. Cassee grew up in Paducah, Kentucky, where much of her family still resides.  Away from the office, Cassee enjoys playing a round of golf, cheering on the Detroit Lions, and spending time with her family.
