David J. Kendall is Counsel in the Firm's Land, Mineral, and Properties Practice Group, focusing primarily on Business Law. He practices out of the Firm's office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
David brings over 30 years of experience to the Firm's clients in energy, real estate, mineral law, and more. From the transactional to litigation, there is little David hasn't seen or practiced in the world of land, mineral, and property law.
His specific experience includes conducting legal risk assessments for surface and subsurface development projects, drafting curative documents, and facilitating timely contract closings, providing strategic legal counsel on real property issues, including title, leasehold, and mineral rights, contracts, trainings on estate law related to oil and gas rights, and more.
He is entrenched in the energy community and law of Western, PA. Having graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993, he has spent his entire career in the Pittsburgh area serving the community's energy law needs.
His non-legal energy focus is spent riding his motorcycle, and also traveling with his wife to Canada and Western Europe. They also enjoy lounging around with their dog at their cottage on the Allegheny River, playing softball, and volunteering at numerous local charities.
