Bringing over a decade of legal experience in the varying areas of litigation, there’s little she hasn’t seen or helped provide advice and counsel on to clients. Kelly has knowledge in all phases of litigation, representing clients in consumer, personal injury, malpractice and employment law.

Her litigation experience doesn’t stop there. Her over decade of knowledge also includes federal black lung litigation, energy litigation in coal, oil and gas, and real estate law. It’s no surprise she can take such diverse areas of law with an unmatched work ethic. At Bluefield State College she was captain of both the Cross Country and Basketball teams, all the while making the NCAA Division II Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
