Kirsten, is a Kentucky native who strives not only to use her litigation experience to effectively represent her clients but also to apply her small-town background to develop and build connections with her clients. Kirsten, a member of the Litigation practice group and Equine industry group, represents clients in both litigation and regulatory disputes. Her equine practice covers litigation involving racetracks, horse farms, and other equine related entities and operations, and state and federal disciplinary proceedings, including HISA and HIWU matters. She also represents clients in equine matters relating to ownership disputes and dissolutions, contract enforcement and collection disputes, and agister liens. Outside of her equine practice, Kirsten represents clients in a variety of other commercial litigation disputes, including construction matters.

Kirsten graduated in the top 10 in her class from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law, where she received multiple honors, was the Managing Editor of the University of Louisville Law Review, the Student Bar Association Historian, and held multiple other leadership positions.

Outside of the law, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, and being outdoors.
