Spencer J. Honaker is an Associate in the Firm's Business Law Group, focusing primarily on land, mineral and properties matters. He practices out of the Firm's office in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Spencer has made knowing the intricacies of land and title work a specialty. Immediately after graduating from law school, he began working with the Land Use Sustainable Development Clinic at West Virginia University. With experience in the reviewing and classifying of nationwide easements, performing title examinations, drafting easements, and working with local officials on zoning and planning, he covers a wide net when it comes to land and property matters.
His experience is not limited to these issues, however. With litigation and employment experience as well, he can tackle the law and issues his clients bring to him from almost any angle.
Spencer is a 2024 WVU College of Law graduate and received his undergraduate degree from Fairmont State in 2021 with a B.A. in Secondary Education. When not helping out the Firm's clients, Spencer enjoys reading books like The Way of Kings, traveling to Rome, and taking in a good movie - not all at the same time, of course.
