Chacey Malhouitre and Blair Wessels Selected to Serve in LCLD Programs

Jackson Kelly Attorneys Chacey Malhouitre and Blair Wessels have been selected to take part in the 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs, respectively.
Ms. Malhouitre was selected to participate in the Fellows Program, while Ms. Wessels was selected to participate in the Pathfinders Program.
The Pathfinders Program connects high-potential, early-career diverse attorneys from LCLD Member organizations for a seven–month professional development program focused on foundational leadership and relationship building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Previous Pathfinders include Firm Members Grace Hurney and Candice Harlow.
The Fellows Program connects high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations for a year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Previous Fellows include Firm Members Lindsay Petrosky, Jill Hall, Wendy Adkins, and Alaina Crislip.
